Get the url and the title of the open chrome page using VBA

I require to get the URL and the title / heading of the web page, that has been opened manually, in Chrome browser, using VBA.
With this, I hope to figure out in getting the URLs of all the open pages in Chrome.
Request help for both of them.

You'll need the Inspect tool to examine Chrome's controls and decide how to reach its tabs and address bar so that you can read their values. How to install the Inspect tool on Windows 10? shows how to download and install Inspect.
