Geting Window under mouse name

Hi

Using VBA, is it possible to read the name of the window (outside Excel) that is under mouse pointer. This name appear in the blue box above the pointed window

Actualy, i" doing a text capture with Textsnap inside these windows, but i also need the window name.

I think i have found code for a vb module, but not familiar at all with VB and how to implement it
