I am using a Pivot Table to show me 12 months rolling data, which will be updated on a monthly basis. From this Pivot Table I want to take the data and pull it into a table I am creating where I add more formulas to get useful data for chart creation.

I started this by using GETPIVOTDATA by just using =(Cell referece), based on a date range of 01/06/2020 - 31/05/2021, producing the Pivot table and then user built tables below.

When I change the Date range I end up with missing data in the table I created as well as data being in the wrong cells, picuted below

I am assuming this is because when I have done the =(Cell reference) when first crating this, that is all that it is trying to repeat. So my question is how do I get it to be fluid with the Pivot table that will be ever changing, and also ignore the year headers that will move up and down rows.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
