GETPIVOTDATA #REF! Error even when I have data in the pivot table

Hi all

I'm trying to use GETPIVOTDATA but as you can see I get Ref error

my pivot table is on column V

my formula is
Excel Formula:
=GETPIVOTDATA("Total",$V$1,"Location",Y3)
