Hi all,

I'm no good at editing the GetPivotData() Formula when using the Data Model

Here's is what I get when I click = and click on a cell in the Pivot Table
=
Excel Formula:
=GETPIVOTDATA("[Measures].[Distinct Count of Work_Order]",$A$3,"[Range].[MyData]","[Range].[MyData].&[Defect]")

How do I change the string reference "Defect" to a cell reference?

Thanks
-w

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Please try
Excel Formula:
   =GETPIVOTDATA("[Measures].[Distinct Count of Work_Order]",$A$3,"[Range].[MyData]","[Range].[MyData].&["&CellRef&"]")
