getting excell to ramdomly pick a cell

Hi Everyone,

another idea ive got.

if i have ten names in row a colums 10 to 20

can i get a cell to randomly pick a cell to equal,

i.e cell b10 = any randon cell between a10 and a20?

thats excellent,

now to expand on that,

if i then have 10 cells that need to pick a random cell, but not one that has already been picked how can i do that?

I.E cells B10 to B20 all pick one of the cells between A10 & A20 to Copy but none pick the same cell?

can this be done?
