I want to get a whole table of info from access into a worksheet in my excel spreadsheet. I know I can export the data, but is there any way I can link it to the database so it gets updated automatically? I don't mind if its a pain to set up, but the updating must be v v easy (or automatic) as this is something I'm leaving for my users to maintain.

Hi AmberJo:

I have linked from within ACCESS to a Table in Excel, and then whether the changes to the table are made in Excel, or in ACCESS, the changes are really being made at one place and that is the linked Table.

I hope this helps.

Regards!
