Good morning all,

I am not an experienced excel user. I can usually figure out fairly simple formulas to figure out averages, ranks, etc. I have run into one that I can not for the life of me figure out. It may be fairly simple also, but I just cant get it. I run a physical training program, and I use a spreadsheet to figure percentage results. In the past, I have just gone off a sheet and manually entered percentages based off of what scores were given. Basically, if you get x amount of pushups, you get y%. I am trying to get excel to do this for me to save time. As much time as I have spent trying to figure this formula out, I probably could have manually entered them several times over :ROFLMAO:. Can anyone give me an idea of how to enter it? I've attached a table of ranges that I am basing this off of. So, when I enter a score in G2, I want G3 to populate a percentage based on the below chart. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thank you so much!!

MinMaxPercentage
0240
252915
303430
353945
404460
454970
505480
555990
>60100

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi. Change your >60 to just say 60 then use something like:

=LOOKUP(G1,A2:A10,C2:C10)

Where G1 contains your value to lookup and your table is in A1:C10.

A simple VLOOKUP should be enough here:

Book1
ABCDEFG
1MinMaxPercentage
2024077
3252915100
4303430
5353945
6404460
7454970
8505480
9555990
1060Lots100
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
G3=VLOOKUP(G2,A2:C10,3,TRUE)
