This example worked great, but my issue is that my timeframes are by week -

4/5/2004
4/12/2004
4/19/2004
4/26/2004
5/3/2004

datein 4/19/2004
dateout 4/23/2004

datein 4/26/2004
dateout 4/27/2004

datein 4/28/2004
dateout 4/30/2004

With the first two pairs of dates, the logic =AND(L$3>=$E95,L$3<=$F95) works fine with the date of 4/26/2004, and I know it's because obviously because I'm using the week begin dates and trying to compare dates in the middle of the week. I need to do it this way, so can anyone help me with my logic in the conditional formatting? My brain is just not working right! Thanks so much!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Can you elaborate more on your problem?

Results expected ? and in your formula, L3, E95, F95 are refering to what?
