is there a way to go to the item on a spreadsheet automatically by the item you select on a listbox on a user form?

Less say that column A has a list of employee name (no duplicates in the list). When one is selected from the list is there a way to go to the source data spreadsheet and to the row the name is located on?

Help is very much appreciated - Thanks

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Have you looked at the HYPERLINK function? Perhaps link the results from the listbox to a cell then use a HYPERLINK function the user can select which will take them to the source spreadsheet.

Just for clearification, the spreadsheet AKA Tab is in the same excel preadsheet as the userform with the listbox.
