In older versions of Excel there's four buttons for scrolling the sheets: Go to first, go to previous, go to next and go to last. I have a workbook with ~150 sheets and I need to access to last sheet in reasonable time. How do I get those go to first and go to last buttons to appear or is there a shortcut key to go to the last sheet?

edit. CTRL+click seems to do that and right-clicking helps too.
