I have a workbook that contains 120 tabs. I was wondering if there is a possible way/prompter to locate a specific tab, for instance, "Go to tab "5.1.1". Im just looking for a shorter alternative to scrolling all the way across the bottom.

Not everything I do at work revolves around Excel. Only the fun parts.
This isn't as easy as Word's GoTo window, but it is quicker than manually scrolling from left to right:

Right-click on any of the arrows to the left of the tabs, the select More Sheets, a window appears that will show a scroll bar allowing you to find the sheet you are looking for. (Tip: From this window you can double-click a sheet name; this prevents you from clicking it then moving the mouse to the OK button to click again.)

If you know the full name of your sheet, press F5 to bring up the go to box, enter 5.1.1!A1 in the reference line, and press OK
