Good and Free Online Access Training - Update Queries

Currently, my skill set is average in Access. I leverage the tool for my own analytics (ie. pulling in tables and using queries to slice and dice the data). I'd like to learn how to use update queries and also how to build a database "front end" intended for other people to use. Any good sources out there?
