I'm looking for some good Excel vba and macro tutorials - preferably video tutorials since I just can't stand most of the books I've read on the topic. I've heard about the mr excel vba and macro for excel book, is that any good.

Also, what about an online video tutorial solution like the one offered from teachmsoffice.com? I haven't found many other sites that even attempt to teach vba through video tutorials; does anyone have any ideas or opinions about trying that site? (link for it is below)

Thanks in advance for any ideas, really trying to bone up on my vba so i don't have to keep coming back here all the time ;P
