Google Sheets formula giving me migraines lol

hi folks,
I've been trying to rack my brain on how to do this for a while now and thought I would ask here -

I have an HTML table, as you can see in the attached image. What formula do I use to pull the corresponding data from the cells into the table so that it populates when I paste this into WordPress?

If I'm not explaining things right, please ask me follow-up questions.
