Goto: Precedents/Dependents

Will the GoTo Precedents/Dependents function work if the cell(s) to be selected is in a seperate workbook? - even if that workbook is open?

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Sort by date Sort by votes
If the workbook is open then Yes it should, when you show the Trace Presedents/Dependants symbol in the sheet you should beable to double click on the dashed line and the Goto should open and give the reference you want to go to. then double click the line of data and it will take you to that location.
