I have created a simple lin graph for 22 weeks of net sale per store location. y+ total $, and X = each week. The graph certainly looks great unfortunetly it looks a little crowded.

So i figured i could select each individual store to show only its sales by inserting a tab dialog, and create a drop down box giving me the option to either select all stores or indiviual stores. i managed to populate each drop down box. I even went to the length of creating another drop down to with select graph by district, outlet stores, and what not. but i have only reached the point where i have a tab for the graph showing all plotted data, a tab withthe actual data, and a dialog1 tab that again looks like it could work but doesn't

How can i make my graph interactive?
- select individual stores to show on graph

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Use a PivotTable with an associated PivotChart. XL automatically adds interactivity to the PC.

pivoting the table

hi thanks

so, if i make the source file, (the chart containing all the data for the sheet showing the graph), into a pivot table, it will automatically show on the graph?
thanks
