Graph/Chart - How to split Y axis for a high number

I am trying to do a chart that has 10 years of data, (e.g. how many fish caught in years 1990 - 2000) however, one of the years...1990, we had 20 fold fish caught. When I put that high number in, it makes the other ones too small. I would like to split that one bar off, so the other ones can be read more easily. Is there a way to break the y axis in Excel?
