Graph Data Labels

I am creating a single-line graph that requires "dynamically-linked-text-data-labels" for each point on the graph.

I have a column with the text name that cooresponds to the data points...

How do i configure the graph to get the labels to appear... I have tried a second source where I graphed the labels with the corresponding x-axis, but the name showed up as "Label,0"... Like it didn't recognize the text --- i.e. excel thought the text was a number.
