Hello,

I've really tried to figure this out by googling and struggling. I have a database of drivers which is in order of week number 1 - 52 along the top and their MPG (miles per gallon) per week. (as below).

I wondered is it possible to put this into a graph, ideally or some kind of table to show their individual weekly progress from the previous week.

Any ideas? I cant get the chart option to work.

Have you tried quick & easy pivot chart, i populated one with your data (added more data for the fuel) placed the driver under the Axis & weeks under the vales, end result was a visual bar graph. You can edit the chart elements once created.

Thank you for your response - I have tried a few times to put it into a pivot but it didnt like the layout of the data source - I'll try again and see if I can get the same result as you.

Thanks Again
