Using excel 2003

I have a graph the data changes all the time, all I wish to see is the graph high to low in rising or declining numberical order. At the moment using a bar chat and the size distribution is spiradic.

Any help peeps?

Sadly not as the data is linked to an ODBC data feed and has set paramiters.
