HI,

I have a pivot table that I created a chart out of. The chart I chose was a stacked line with markers displayed at each data value, but for some reason the two data lines are being added together at the points they intersect. I would like to have posted my graph but I have no clue how to use that html maker, I downloaded it.

So I have two values at the end of each line, one is 63 and one is 53, the 53 is being plotted correctly but the 63 is plotted right before 120, I figured out it was adding 53 and 63 together. How can I stop this? In general, I'd like to customize these graphs, like add a threshold line and can't find where to do that.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
The answer is in your post:

"The chart I chose was a stacked line".

Stacked means that each value will be added to the last.

Change this to a regular line chart.
