Graph Issue

having a strange issue with my line chart not plotting its point correctly. First off, the axis data is not even close and each line doesn't even make sense. I really don't do graphs very often...so any help is appreciated. I don't have any points in Feb19 that are over 1000, the only data point that increases significantly jan to feb is midwest...lowest data point is 87 but reads as 200 on the axis. I've adjusted the axis...nothing.

non seem right , can you use a share like dropbox/onedrive
OR use XL2BB to provide the data

Also the numbers are left justified, which usually means text , unless you formatted

i just plotted and get correct values , so not sure what you are plotting, i play and see if i can reproduce your results
Edit , your plotting a STACKED graph and not a normal line graph
have a look at the chart design > Chart Type
and change to Line option NOT the stackline option
