Hello all

I have an issue. I have a line graph that is based on total incoming calls for that day, and it tracks it each day. So basically it shows 30 days, and each day the calls that came into our site. BUT what i have been asked to do it add a "%" at each point to reflect what the percentage of calls we took, compared to the overall calls of all sites. So an example would be that on the 5th the line graph reflecs what we took 100 calls, but in reality our site took 400, so we took 25% of the site calls. So on that point or another place on the graph they want to see that % against a large number. How the heck can i do this?? any ideas or advice would be great. I need it see it on the graph itself, for each day. thx!!!!

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
In Excel 2010 at least (and earlier versions too);
Add the second series of % to the same chart (to begin with it will be the same scale and look rubbish probably)
Then right click the new % series on the chart and "format data series"
Choose plot series on secondary axis from the list of series options.

Hopefully this is closer to what you want.
