Hi I have 2 data columns A - Heart Rate (example 165) B - Perceived effort (8.5)

I would like to chart both of these by having 2 X-axis... Heart rate on the left and Effort on the right...

I can't see to set these up so that the lines are somewhat normalized and plotted to together... Can anyone help

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

You need three columns in this order:

Date, Heart Rate, Perceived Effort

Select the data, insert a line chart.

Select the Perceived Effort series in the chart, press Ctrl+1 to format it, and check the Secondary Axis box.
