Hi All,

Hopefully this isn't too difficult a question....

I have data in spreadsheet, with months in row five from C to BJ. In the subsequent rows below are different products sales over time. I would like to graph the data, however the number of products varies depending on a user selection. Is it possible to make the graph only show the correct number of products ? For example there are 4 red products, so the graph would have 4 series' on it one for each product.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Dan

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
If you plot all your data, then autofilter it, only the visible cells will be plotted if that option is checked under Tools|Options|Chart.

Ahh such a simple solution, to what I thought might be a little more complex.

Works a treat thankyou
