Graphing a medical VS data sheet

  • I would like to create a graphic that displays patient VS's where
    • Systolic and Diastolic readings are grouped and displayed in some sort of graph; grouped by day, with Systolic readings < 110 and Diastolic readings > 90 highlighted in red.
    • Pulse readings are listed with related B/P readings. with readings of < 60 highlighted in red.
    • The simplest graph would be a line for Syst readings above a line for Diastolic readings with a separate line graphing the pulse. But I can't figure out out how to group daily readings or deal with such a large data set that doesn't require many pages.
  • I have attached a sheet I created that contains an example of the data I will be working with.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
