Is there any way to make a graph and use the name for reference rather than a cell location? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Sometimes the data I use has a name in one place say B1, sometimes in F1, for example.
It would be nice if I could make a sheet with a number of graphs on it and have it reference the name of certain columns rather than an actual location.

I am currently using excel 2010 version.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Sure, right click the chart, choose Select data…, Edit a series, and where you'd normally see the likes of
=Sheet32!$N$20:$N$24
replace it with:
Name1
or whatever the name of your range is, and lose the = sign too.

Ok, I can put the name in for Series name. I am trying to put in a column of data though that may move for my "Series X-Values", but always be called Time, and say data between row 3 and 25. Time can be my variable too, it may be "money", "stereo", "cup" whatever...

Thanks for your info!
