Greater than vs less than vs Between

These two formulas work:

=SUMIFS($G17:$G2000,$H17:$H2000,$B3,$F17:$F2000,"<1")

=SUMIFS($G17:$G2000,$H17:$H2000,$B3,$F17:$F2000,">5")

But I need to modify so it SUMIFS the value is (for example) greater than 0 but less than 1.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
How about
Excel Formula:
=SUMIFS($G17:$G2000,$H17:$H2000,$B3,$F17:$F2000,">0",$F17:$F2000,"<1")
