Group 2 rows (ID & Date) in Excel, and average + concatenate values from another column [duplicate]

Dear all Expert,
help me how to group repeating rows (rows with the same value in one column) and concatenate the values from another column ? i have 2 million of rows and need to auto calculation not more than a hour..

E.g., :

ID	Value need to Average	Date	Remarks
1001	100	02/01/2020	Apple
1001	95	02/01/2020	Melon
1001	98	02/02/2020	Banana
1001	99	02/02/2020	Mango
1002	100	02/01/2020	Milk
