i have a pivot table that contains Regions on row, which there is 5 regions. If I select a different Year, it could change to 4 Regions which the PivotTable will only show 4 rows..

if i initially select the 5 rows and select "Group" in order to only show Grand Totals, once a different Year is selected it throws off the Grouping. I cant figure a way to tell Grouping, "Group by Region" (so it will self adjust the Grouping to either 5 or 4 rows). is there a way to do that?
