Hi All,

I'm creating a spreadsheet and would like to get a VBA code for group of multiple checkbox when tick individually it will hide corresponding row in other sheet. Trying to find a way to narrow the code rather than coding each checkbox.
ie.
Group1 in Sheet1, consist of 18 checkboxes. CheckBox1 will hide/unhide Sheet2 row 32, CheckBox2 will hide/unhide Sheet2 row 33, CheckBox3 will hide/unhide row 34 and so on....
and same as Group 2 in sheet1 , consist of 18 CBs, same function as Group 1 but instead it will hide/unhide Sheet 3 rows starting from 32 to 56.

Many thanks in Advance!

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Where are your check boxes and what determines which group they are in?
Are they Form Control Checkboxes or ActiveX Checkboxes?

If you use form control checkboxes they can use their .OnAction property to all run the same macro when clicked.

Hi - Thanks for your prompt response. They are in the sheet 1 called ("Main"), and I've grouped them in excel sheet, the group name determines on the excel Name Box and They are ActiveX CheckBoxes.
My first sets of CBs showing group name as Group 6.
Much appreciated your help...

Sorry wolfmhed,
If ActiveX checkboxes are a must I'm afraid I'm not capable of helping you.
