Group rows with criteria

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask you for help. I have huge set of data where I need to group items (rows) to a group - based on the number (for ie 1|7|1 ). The third nr defines sub-items needed to be grouped. Nr of sub-items will vary. Some groups will be empty as they dont have sub-items at all (for ie shopping list 4).

I have no idea how to do it, so I would like ask you for help, please
