Grouping by time in Pivot table

I have a pivot table that has the times of calls down the side and the days across the top. I know how to group the times by hours but what I would like is to group them by half hours so we can see how many calls come in every half hour on Monday, Tuesday etc.. Is there a way?

One way is to change your rows to show the half hour increments. This would need to be done on your data source table, and then change it on your pivot table. Now put the time data you are now using for the rows as part of the data fields.
