Grouping chart and check boxes as one entity

Hi guys,

I have a chart with check boxes to hide/show the chart series, the only way I've found to keep both objects as one is grouping as you can see in the pic. However, there is a button that the user can hide/show the chart and when the chart is hidden and reopen the group brokes. Is there any way maybe via code to keep these two objects (chart and chek boxes) as one?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
