I create a weekly report that tracks appointments booked by different bookers. Out of all the appointments booked, I need to total those booked by a specific group of all the bookers. Not all the booker are on every report, and there are new bookers added all the time. Is there a way to group and total for the bookers I need? There can be a few thousand appointments booked in any one report.
I am using a pivot table to create sub and grand totals for each booker. Now I want to group the data based on the 3 groups of known bookers and another group of "others" for everything else. I still want to see each individual booker, but I also want a grand total for each group.
Any ideas?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Have you actually tried grouping the bookers as required, in the PivotTable report?
