Hi,

I need some help to make a macro in such a way that I can group the entries in a Pivot-Table depending on their contents.

For example, I pull a report every week and the Pivot-Table changes as some of the don't appear some weeks and other times they do.

The requirement would be for example "Group any of the cells in Row A if they contain the words 'Open', 'Reopen' or 'Closed'.

Thanks for any help provided or if someone could let me know if this is not possible.
