Grouping % of total to equal a sum

Here is an example of what I have and what I need to accomplish.

HAVE
Sum of % of Sum Inv total % of Inv
5000 10% 5 2%
3000 3% 7 2%
2500 2% 10 1%

NEED
Sum of % of Sum .... ....
5000 10% ...... .....
Other/Group 5% ...... .....

In this pivot table, which has a report filter - they would like to see anything under 5% be totalled and shown as other or group. The % of Sum is a value, not from my data sheet. I can group it but as soon as you change the report filter it's wrong. Is there a way to lump the < together and show the total and make it work when you change the filter it finds the < and totals them.
