Hi all,
I have a table with 5 columns showing outstanding orders. I am trying to create an emailing list for chasing these orders so would like to combine the rows of data so that there is only 1 row per salesperson, but the other columns still show all of the data.

currently I am only able to achieve this by merging the other columns into a text string in one column, and then grouping the rows.
Does anybody have any solution ideas?
I can provide more detail if required, just not sure what you need to know!

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

I'm thinking to go with Group by, using All Rows as aggregation. Then extract from these sub-tables any detail you are after. Maybe creating records here? Consider uploading some sanitized sample data with the XL2BB add-on.
Some other slick tricks can be applied to reduce the number of steps, speed up the query,... Would need to know a bit more on the data, like: how is the data sorted at the source? What's the source file: csv, txt, excel, other? How many source files?
