Grouping / ungrouping in a protected workbook

I have found some code that allows me to group and ungroup the columns and rows of multiple protected sheets in my workbook. Every time I close and reopen the book the code will not run and a password is requested. Has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you resolve it? Thanks
