GroupName optionbutton

I am trying to group some option buttons together, and I was told to use the Group Name Option Button for this. How do I group different sets of option butons together, so that when one button is selected in one group it does not unselect the buttons in the other group?

Where are these option buttons exactly? Do you have them on a Form, or are they embedded in a worksheet? If they are in a worksheet what type of Option buttons are they ... from the Forms toolbar or the Control Toolbox toolbar?
