Hacked and cheesy code - fix if you want a challenge

I have copied some files to Box.net of a project that I have been working on. It is only about 90% complete. I am continuing to modify, add and tweak the code.

The code is very in-elegant, cumbersome and cheesy. If you'd like to correct it, make it more efficient and better, I welcome your changes. If you have questions about the why or how data is to be manipulated, let me know.

I am thankful for the help that I have recieved from everybody here.

The box.net account contains a simple direction sheet, the source code (in San Survey Blank.xlsm), 2 raw data workbooks and 3 workbooks showing how it should appear (80+% there)
