Hi Guys,

I have the following question and it would be great if someone can help me with it.

During the day a desk manager in a hospital enters the current waiting time in an excelsheet to inform patients. Now I like to build up a history of these waiting times in another sheet to see how these change during the day, but also over days.

I tried to build a matrix with dates (june 21, 22, 23 ...) and hours ( 8AM, 9AM ... 17PM). I like to fill the specific cell with the current waiting if the conditions are met (e.g. june 21, 9 A.M = 45 minutes waiting). Of course this must be a hardcopy, so it will not be empty again at 9:01 A.M.)

After about a month I want to make a graph to see how the waiting time developed.

Who can help me to manage this?
Thanks a lot in advance!
