Hello all,

I am using "&" to link data from cells to build a directory (Column A Phone Number, Column B Ext).

Is it possible to install a built in hard return? I tried putting the hard return (Alt+Enter) in the formula, but that did not work.

In the screen shot below, how do I put a hard return so that the Ext is on its own line? is it possible?

Thanks in advanced

So what do you want, this?

Sheet4
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
F1F1=A1 & CHAR(10) & "EXT " & CHAR(10) & B1

if so some description other than just a screenshot would help, not psychic.
