hi,
i have a spreadsheet that consitsts of 12 columns and unlimited rows- one of the columns states either yes or no.
i want to when the spreadsheet is first opened show me all the items that have a yes by the side of them. ie harvest all the yes items so that the entire row is shown in a textbox. how would i go about doing this

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Hi iamkeen,

I'm wondering if just adding a filter to the yes/no column and using this to just display rows with yes in the column would accomplish what you want? This is very easy, and could be set up to always filter on yes when the workbook first opens.
