Has anyone created a form where you can drag and drop items into a tree structure?

Hi Experts,

I would like to create a form with a tree structure (like an organisational structure) and then to give the users the ability to drag new employees (from a list) into the tree or to move them within the tree using drag and drop. Has anyone achieved this and do you have any hints and tips / example code?
