Have a pop-up notification if a cell with an if formula returns a value.

Hello,

I've been scouring these forums to try and find a solution to my lack of knowledge with the program unfortunately no VBA's i've tried to adapt have worked.
I've created a spreadsheet for work to track samples operators do. Our policy states that operators need to submit their 10th sample to the external Lab for comparison.
I have 3 rows in the sheet that returns a "Yes" under the operator's name when they have completed 10 samples.
I would like a prompt to come up alerting them to send a sample to the lab for comparison. (Heading: Alert!) (Text: "Lab comparison due.")
Cells are as follows; N16:P16, N20:P20, N24:P24.

What I would do is have a macro run every 5 minutes (or, however long) to check for changes in those cells.

Could we possibly have the sample data (any sensitive data disguised) with XL2BB to make it easy for testing?

Failing that, can we find out what rows/columns the data is in (including all that area on the left where it looks like the data is actually input) and what the actual formula in the cells beside Lab Due is?
