Having trouble entering defined name into chart as data source

I have a chart with a drop down menu to the side of it. The drop down menu is linked to the row labels of the data range. The point is I would like it so you can select a row label and that data will be displayed in the chart.

I have entered these two formulas as defined names,
=INDEX(C82:AB116,MATCH(A118,Time_Sheet_Row_Lables,0),1):INDEX(C82:AB116,MATCH(A118,Time_Sheet_Row_Lables,0),26-COUNTBLANK(C81:AB81))
=OFFSET(A81,MATCH(A118,Time_Sheet_Row_Lables,0),2,,26-COUNTBLANK(C81:AB81))

I try editing Series Values from this, ='Time Sheet'!$C$82:$F$82 to this, ='Time Sheet'!Input or ='Time Sheet'!Input2 and get a warning stating "We found a problem with one or more formula references in this worksheet. Check that cell references, range names, defined names and links to other workbooks in your formulas are all correct."

I don't understand why I am getting this error. What is my problem and is what I am attempting even possible?

See this, perhaps that will help. I think it has to do that your defined name is linked to the workbook and not the sheet
