Header and Footer

in my college life i'm always making headers and fooders on my graphs and would like to know if it is possible to set up a constant header and footer where dates, and times will automatically change?

I believe what you are looking for are &[Date] and &[Time]

i can do that - but is there a way that i only have to set up one header or footer and have it apply to all graphs ?
