When macro copies sheet Example, which has a header, and then paste it to newsheet, the header isn't there.

Does anyone have any reason for this.
I have a macro like...

Set NewSheet = Worksheets.Add
Sheets("Example").Select
Cells.Select
Selection.Copy
NewSheet.Paste

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
You need to copy the sheet rather than adding a new one and copying the data. Like this:

Code:
Sub Test()
    Sheets("Example").Copy After:=Sheets("Example")
End Sub
